Children can play outside in safety, there are very few cars and there is the reminiscence of long forgotten scents. This is the setting for the delightful rural homes made of original stone, which we have discovered and are able to offer. They have been passionately restored or built using original materials - stone and wood - in harmony with the surroundings, however never sacrificing comforts such as heating and cooling systems, and a swimming pool - to avoid going to crowded beaches in peak season and to enjoy the refreshing breeze of the summer months. These houses can be enjoyed in any season, to see the colours changing all around and to sample the taste of truffles, which are abundant in the area. One can cycle across the hills, walk in the scented woodland, roast chestnuts in the 'cellar', and eat them with some good local wine or ham, not to mention the oil... La Croazia ci affascina non solo per il mare ma anche per le Sue colline verdi e lussureggianti, coltivate a vigneti od ulivi, strade sinuose che si inerpicano per regalare un panorama caldo, profondo sino al mare, pace e tranquillità, una vera oasi per chi vuole godere lentamente la propria vita assieme ai propri cari, bambini che possono giocare all'aria aperta senza pericoli, pochissime automobili e profumi dimenticati. In questo contesto abbiamo scoperto la possibilità di offrirVi dei casali in pietra originale, che sono stati restaurati con passione o costruiti utilizzando sempre materiali originali ed in sintonia con il contesto, pietra e legno su tutto, ma con il comfort a cui non sappiamo rinunciare, riscaldamento, raffrescamento e piscina per evitare di accalcarsi al mare in piena stagione e godere della brezza rinfrescante dei periodi estivi. Case da godere in tutte le stagioni per vedere cambiare i colori tutti attorno, gustare i sapori del tartufo di cui la zona è ricca, percorrere in bicicletta i dorsali di queste colline, passeggiare tra i profumi dei boschi, cucinare le castagne nella “cantina” con un buon vino o prosciutto locale, l'olio...... Questa è per noi l'opportunità che ci offre l'Istria terra ricca e gente cordiale, ed oggi ve la proponiamo con queste case in pietra a Bric vicino a Momiano.

In diesem Umfeld sind wir auf die Idee gekommen, Steinhäuser in ihrem ursprünglichen Zustand anbieten, die mit Leidenschaft restauriert oder unter Verwendung der Original-Materialien errichtet wurden, die jeweils auf das Umfeld abgestimmt sind, alles aus Stein und Holz, aber mit dem Komfort, auf den wir nicht verzichten können, mit Heizung, Erfrischung und Schwimmbad, um dem Gedränge in der Hochsaison am Meer zu entgehen und die erfrischende Brise der Sommermonate zu genießen. Die Häuser können zu jeder Jahreszeit genutzt werden, und man kann so zusehen, wie sich die Farben in der Umgebung verändern und von den Trüffeln zu kosten, die in der Gegend reichhaltig vorkommen, mit dem Fahrrad die Bergrücken dieser Hügel zu befahren, zwischen den Düften in den Wäldern zu wandern, und die Kastanien im „Weinkeller" anzurichten, mit einem guten Wein oder Schinken aus der Region, Öl ...... Für uns ist dies eine Gelegenheit, die uns die Region Istrien bietet, eine reiche Gegend und freundliche Leute, und heute bieten wir Ihnen diese Steinhäuser in Bric in der Nähe von Momiano an.
